Terms of Service
1. Please Mention IMEI Number in PayPal Note when you pay or use our Contact Form to send us a message with PayPal payment ID and IMEI Number2. You can try just dial *#06# on your iPhone to get the 15 digits IMEI number of iPhone or go to Settings – General – About then scroll down to get your IMEI.
3. Once we receive your IMEI, we will process for unlocking.
4. It is Server based service so some time might take longer than Given Time. So, please be patience as we will do our best to unlock your iPhone as soon as possible. Please read the item description to know the average time for unlocking. if you are unable to wait then please don’t place an order.
5. Once the order has been submitted, the service cannot be cancelled / stop / pause or amended in any circumstances.
6. After Receive Confirmation about unlock, you just have to insert different SIM in your iPhone and connect with iTunes. Within 10 second after connecting with iTunes your iPhone will be unlocked for LIFE TIME and ready to use, please contact us if you have any problem with unlocking. We will try our best to solve your problem.
7. If iPhone found on other network than the one you are ordering then we charge 2$ (Carrier check fee) admin fee if you not sure about this please buy our Listing (click on listing) to avoid delay and extra charges
8. Please read description of service you are using before placing the orders. Some services supports only clean IMEI (If its blocked / Barred / Stolen or Blacklisted, then it can’t be unlocked) If iPhone found reported blocked, lost, stolen, insurance claimed we charge 3$ admin fee if you not sure about this please buy our Listing (click on listing) to avoid delay and extra charges. If service says “All IMEI” or “Premium” then it supports IMEI with any status.
9. If you have IPhone 3g, 3gs with Modem Firmware 06.15.00, please Make sure you will know how to downgrade it to Normal before the purchase. To check this go to Setting, General, About, Modem Firmware.
10. VERY IMPORTANT – Apple has added a new Activation lock feature to iOS7 and later, which prevents activation without the original owners I Cloud details (if its ON). If you are buying unlock for a second hand/pre-owned phone then you MUST ensure that “iCloud / Find my iPhone” feature is disabled or you know the user name and password before ordering. If not, then you won’t be able to activate the phone after unlock even if it’s officially unlocked. We are unable to assist you with this problem should it arise after updating to iOS7 or later, so please ensure you have these details or the “Find my iPhone” feature is disabled before ordering.
